Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with PrestaShop?
PrestaShop is our speciality and where we add the most value, but we also build custom PHP websites and web applications.
Can I upgrade to PrestaShop 9 from 1.6?
Yes. From 1.6 the jump is big and is done by migrating the data to a fresh installation; from 1.7 or 8 the store itself can usually be upgraded. Either way, we do it on a copy first.
Will my store stop selling during the upgrade?
Not while we work: everything is prepared and tested on a copy. Downtime is limited to the switch-over to production, which we schedule with you.
What happens to the modules I already have?
The audit reviews them one by one: compatible ones stay, those with a PrestaShop 9 version get updated, and for the rest we find an alternative or adapt them.
Can you publish my company’s module on PrestaShop Addons?
We prepare the module to meet Addons validation requirements and guide you through the process. It is published from your company’s seller account, so the module stays in your name.
